New Obsession

My husband’s office is conveniently located across the street from Trader Joe’s.

From time to time, he’ll run to the store after work to grab a few miscellaneous items to round out a dinner. Sometimes he sticks to a list, but more often than not, he strays, and arrives home with one or two goodies.

Tonight’s Trader Joe’s run resulted in his coming home with my new obsession: Falafel Chips.

I love chips and I love falafel, so the collision of the two creates a happy marriage. Garbanzo beans and corn chips combine to create a crunchy snack that is packed with hints of Mediterranean herbs and spices. I’m hooked!

Guess I’ll be thinking twice next time I send my husband to the grocery store.
